Job Summary
A non-profit network of travel service providers is in need of a Remote Insurance Policy Retention Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Contacting policyholders from the agencies existing book of business
- Counseling the policyholder concerning appropriate coverage
- Developing and maintaining specific personal lines insurance knowledge
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment
- Property & Casualty license within the region required or within 90 days from hire date
- Membership license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Proficiency in navigating required computer applications
- Strong analytical and phone sales skills
