Job Summary
A roadside assistance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Insurance Policy Retention Specialist in Newark.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Contacting policyholders from the agencies existing book of business
- Analyzing policy to enhance retention and better meet the needs of the consumer
- Counseling existing customers concerning coverage and/or policy changes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience/education
- 3 years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment
- Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of automobile and homeowners coverage
