Remote Insurance Policyholder Success Manager

Job Summary

An insurance agency has an open position for a Remote Insurance Policyholder Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading a small team of customer success professionals
• Project managing the daily operations of our risk management services
• Leading calls with policyholders and brokers to discuss cyber risk management and incident response

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Previous management experience
• Highly organized, superb attention to detail
• 5+ years of customer success experience in the cyber security industry
• Experience implementing customer success best practices
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and/or incident response best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills supporting the need to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
