Job Summary
An insurance agency has an open position for a Remote Insurance Policyholder Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading a small team of customer success professionals
- Project managing the daily operations of our risk management services
- Leading calls with policyholders and brokers to discuss cyber risk management and incident response
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous management experience
- Highly organized, superb attention to detail
- 5+ years of customer success experience in the cyber security industry
- Experience implementing customer success best practices
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and/or incident response best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills supporting the need to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
