Remote Insurance Premium Audit Advocate

Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Insurance Premium Audit Advocate.

Must be able to:

• Conducting a review of insured’s payroll documents and engage customers in discussion of their business
• Receiving inbound audit assignments and place items on the Calendly for follow up
• Generating request emails for customers and partners in order to conduct audits

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or GED  
• 2+ years of professional work experience  
• 6+ months of insurance experience
• Developed communication skills
• Ability to review information and accurately record, sort, and identify data relevant to audit
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
