Remote Insurance Product Analyst

Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Insurance Product Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Support product and pricing decisions
• Analyze our competitive position with an emphasis on pricing levels and product offerings relative to competitors
• Read competitor filings, earnings calls, insurtech blogs, and insurance-related publications

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in actuarial science, economics, mathematics, business or a related field
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to understand business problems, and determine and recommend appropriate frameworks to conduct analyses
• Analyze product performance, identify additional areas of research, and recommend improvements
• Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly across a variety of media including facilitation and presenting results to management
