Job Summary
A mutual life insurance company is seeking a Remote Insurance Product Owner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive toward, achieve, and proactively communicate meaningful measurable key results and outcomes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, technologists, and other stakeholders to ideate and innovate around experience problems
- Drive and be responsible for aligned domain strategy and execution plans for a product or product workstream
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Bachelors degree
- Experience delivering results while navigating highly complex matrix relationships
- 8+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Business Consultant, or similar role
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business and technology to influence outcomes
- Ability to lead by influencing and collaborating with others instead of using authority
