Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Program Management Director.

Must be able to:

  • Manage delivery of multiple programs
  • Provide proactive leadership to projects and portfolio
  • Hire, motivate and manage quality assurance and testing staff

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience with project management principles, software engineering principles, theories, concepts, techniques, industry practices
  • Experience generating requirements/specifications, high level designs, and process risk assessments
  • Experience managing hardware and software integrated projects
  • Experience with Agile development, Microsoft Project (or similar) and Jira
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on-time and on-budget
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required
