Job Summary

A legal staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Insurance Recovery Attorney in Indianapolis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting large companies with their complex insurance disputes
  • Representing policyholders in evaluating, settling, and litigating insurance claims in state or federal court
  • Handling all phases of the insurance recovery process

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
  • 4-10+ years of insurance recovery experience representing policyholders
  • Experience handling all phases of the insurance recovery process
  • Experience with commercial general liability insurance and business interruption insurance
  • Prior private practice experience at a full-service corporate law firm
