A non-profit network of travel service providers is seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Development Trainer in Oklahoma City.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Coaching individual Insurance Sales Agents
• Monitoring sales calls
• Conducting coaching needs assessments for individuals

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• 5+ years’ experience selling Property and Casualty or Life insurance products
• Direct customer contact experience
• Current Insurance Property and Casualty Licenses
• Working knowledge of industry standards and processes
• Ability to conduct sales coaching programs
