Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Service Agent in Colorado Springs.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Promptly answering inbound calls from our potential and existing customers
- Identifying customer's insurance needs and sell the appropriate products and services
- Assisting customers with their requests, questions, and payments via phone support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to effectively navigate multiple computer applications at the same time
- Must have a sales-focused mentality
- Possess a willingness to accept feedback and coaching from team leads to improve sales outcomes
- Ability to acquire your Property and Casualty license after completing our training program (within 60 days of hire)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be qualified by Department of Insurance to be appointed as a Licensed Sales Agent by multiple insurance carriers
