Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Service Agent in Colorado Springs.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Promptly answering inbound calls from our potential and existing customers
• Identifying customer's insurance needs and sell the appropriate products and services
• Assisting customers with their requests, questions, and payments via phone support

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to effectively navigate multiple computer applications at the same time
• Must have a sales-focused mentality
• Possess a willingness to accept feedback and coaching from team leads to improve sales outcomes
• Ability to acquire your Property and Casualty license after completing our training program (within 60 days of hire)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be qualified by Department of Insurance to be appointed as a Licensed Sales Agent by multiple insurance carriers
