Job Summary
An indemnity firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Seasonal PreLicensing Instructional Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Communicating via email, phone calls and/or text messages
- Assisting with maintenance of PreLicensing rosters
- Collecting data to gather required licensing documentation
Position Requirements Include:
- Associates Degree preferred or 2+ Office Administration Experience
- Experience with MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive)
- Knowledge of call center operations
- Excellent computer skills
- In depth experience of Excel
- Strong organizational skills required ·
