Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Service Representative in Tampa.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Processing 30 - 50 daily endorsements
- Answering inbound chat, messaging and calls from customers
- Quoting and selling insurance policies from multiple carriers on their platforms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of insurance experience in commercial lines
- Experience working in AMS and CRM systems
- Familiarity with quoting platforms for all major insurance carriers
- Superb communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty license or equivalent (Must have)
