Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Software Sales Enablement Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Establishing the onboarding training program for all members of the sales organization
  • Facilitating scheduling and delivery of live instructor-led classes
  • Creating and delivering live training classes

Qualifications Include:

  • 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering enablement or training programs and content
  • 2+ years of field experience in a customer-facing sales or service position
  • Hand-on experience in Sales and a complex Sales cycle
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
