Job Summary
A leading insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Team Lead and Product Owner Director.
Must be able to:
- Defining, prioritizing and ensuring a ready backlog of work for a cross-functional product team
- Managing a backlog of deliverables and capabilities
- Translating business strategies and needs into execution ready work for an Agile product team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Three years of work experience in related field
- Three years of experience motivating/influencing teams
- Ability to share best practices across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in ways of working within a value stream
- Ability to partner with key leaders and peers across to determine resources required to achieve defined business outcomes
- Ability to inform and participate in business readiness
- Ability to optimize the flow of value by setting objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for solutions
