- Directly managing, coaching, and supporting a distributed team of Project Management Team Leads
- Providing operational excellence by leading and evaluating processes and tools
- Fostering an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with 5+ years in a people management capacity
- Experience supporting geographically distributed teams
- Experience building and successfully delivering enterprise-level projects at a client-facing or SaaS organization
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects
- Passion for developing, mentoring, and growing a team
- An ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and be a driving force in shaping the organization
