Job Summary
A real estate and financial services company has an open position for a Remote Insurance Texas State Licensed Titles Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Evaluating and monitoring day-to-day processes
- Partnering with our Mortgage team to create and iterate a superior transactional experience
- Planning, reviewing, executing and keeping iterating on both unit-specific and company-wide OKRs and KPIs
Position Requirements Include:
- Been responsible for hitting performance metrics and have exceeded expectations
- 3-5 years of operational leadership experience within the Texas title insurance industry
- Have experience being solely responsible for all operational performance within an independent title agency or equivalent
- Extreme attention to detail, and being a strategic thinker who is able to seek out opportunities for improvements
- Be familiar with reviewing and addressing KPIs indicative of state operational performance
