Job Summary
A non-profit network of travel service providers serving the U.S. and Canada has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Training Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating schedule and calendar of all training events
- Creating WebEx recording sessions in AAAU after completion of all virtual training calls, includes deletion of old course and addition of new recorded course
- Facilitating annotation and power point slides on virtual calls for subject matter experts, allowing for Q&A
Required Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of insurance industry experience
- Proficient desktop computing skills including use of standard application software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong organizational skills to ensure course venues are set up accurately. Ability to coordinate numerous activities simultaneously
- P&C insurance state license preferred
