Job Summary
An internet services developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Insurance Verification Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Fielding both outbound and inbound customer phone calls from interested prospects
- Answering or addressing any brief questions or concerns
- Transferring customers to the appropriate accredited Insurance agent to complete the process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum high school diploma preferred
- Individuals who live and work in the state of North Carolina
- Basic computer skills, and the ability to read computer-generated scripts
- Previous experience in a sales driven role
- Ability to follow our established processes and apply the coaching you will receive
