Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Remote Insurance Verification Specialist, this full-time position will manage inbound and outbound insurance verification calls, assist patients with enrollment processes, and verify insurance benefits while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound insurance verification calls
• Verify insurance benefits, coverage eligibility, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs
• Assist patients with enrollment and program qualification processes

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of recent medical insurance experience required
• Patient-focused, empathetic, and compassionate demeanor
• Comfortable managing multiple systems and applications simultaneously
• Must be able to accept an 8-hour shift between 8 AM - 8 PM, M-F
• No time off allowed during the first 90 days
