Job Summary
A web-based storytelling platform is filling a position for a Remote Intake and Eligibility Specialist in Seattle.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing applications for completeness and accuracy
- Ensuring applications are complete for program review
- Contacting program applicants and requesting any/all missing or incomplete information
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate Degree in Related Field
- 2+ years of experience in a related field; 4+ years of experience without Bachelor's Degree
- Technically savvy and able to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds
- Customer service experience and effective communication skills both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to adapt quickly to new challenges
