Job Summary
A law firm has a current position open for a Remote Intake Attorney.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as a point of contact for the resolution of client issues and complaints
- Reviewing intake inquiries from potential clients to determine if the firm will accept the case
- Providing legal guidance to the firm's paralegals and other staff as needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
- Minimum of five to seven years' personal injury practice experience required
- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
- Able to use independent judgement to evaluate viability of case & whether or not the firm should accept the case
- Demonstrate the highest level of personal integrity, client confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards
