Job Summary
A law office is filling a position for a Remote Intake Attorney.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review intake inquiries from potential clients to determine if the firm will accept the case
- Serve as a point of contact for the resolution of client issues and complaints
- Provide legal guidance to the firm’s paralegals and other staff as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
- Licensed in NC, have submitted a NC comity application, or have completed the NC bar UBE transfer process
- Minimum of five to seven years’ personal injury practice experience
- Able to use independent judgement to evaluate viability of case and whether or not the firm should accept the case
- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
