Job Summary
A real estate and technology advisory firm has a current position open for a Remote Intake Caller.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Speaking to people coming to us for help at a time in which they are most vulnerable and need legal assistance
- Using your top-notch sales & customer service skills to understand customer's case & qualify whether it merits the help of our firm
- Being the front-line team member who will best understand their injury and details, as well as being the first to help them
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from potential clients
- Convert 95% of qualified leads into retained clients by using your sales skills to build rapport with callers and explaining the value
- Earn incentive compensation in addition to a competitive base salary
- Probe caller for the details of their injury in a courteous and efficient manner
- Make a great and lasting impression on clients and potential clients
- Follow-up with callers in a consistent and respectful manner
