Job Summary

A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Intake Health Care Senior Representative.

Must be able to:

• Process pre-certification requests from providers and members
• Decipher pre-certification requirements based on pre-certification list
• Create cases for pre-certification requests

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified pharmacy technician
• 2+ years of experience in a managed care environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology, HCPCS codes, CPT codes and ICD-10 codes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Word and Excel software
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems
