Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform referral intake and assist with patient and provider coordination
- Maintain referral documentation and monitor referral trends
- Support the Nurse Navigator in program outreach and trial promotion
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical or administrative settings
- 1 year oncology experience
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (preferred)
- Clinical trial experience (preferred)
