Complete EAP Intake Forms and input demographic information into the database
Connect clients to appropriate resources, affiliate providers, or EAP staff for services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience with IT applications and database systems
Professional call center or scheduling experience is a plus
Reliable internet connection with specified minimum speeds
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Office programs
Strong commitment to customer service
