Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to request medical records from provider offices and records vendors
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely retrieval of records
• Accurately document call results and maintain organized electronic records

Required Qualifications

• Experience in intake, medical records, healthcare administration, or customer service preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience handling PHI or HIPAA-sensitive information preferred
• Must have a private and secure work-from-home environment with reliable high-speed internet
