Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Integration Learning and Development Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering internal validation training for new and existing employees with offshore employees being the primary focus
  • Reviewing existing training programs
  • Helping develop Training strategies in collaboration with Operations Leadership

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of related experience
  • Thorough understanding of training processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability
  • Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office skills, PowerPoint in particular
  • Strong relationship building skills, including experience owning relationships with SMEs and senior leaders
