Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Integration Learning and Development Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering internal validation training for new and existing employees with offshore employees being the primary focus
- Reviewing existing training programs
- Helping develop Training strategies in collaboration with Operations Leadership
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of related experience
- Thorough understanding of training processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability
- Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience
- Strong command of Microsoft Office skills, PowerPoint in particular
- Strong relationship building skills, including experience owning relationships with SMEs and senior leaders
