Job Summary

An IT company is seeking a Remote Integration Specialist I.

Must be able to:

  • Troubleshoot and provide resolutions for level one integration issues, escalate issues as needed
  • Receive and manage integration support cases filtered by technical support
  • Manage the progress and facilitate the resolution of all production integration support requests

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Intermediate Technical skills
  • 1-2 years: Experience in client services, software support or implementation as a technical resource
  • Associates degree or better
