Job Summary
An IT company is seeking a Remote Integration Specialist I.
Must be able to:
- Troubleshoot and provide resolutions for level one integration issues, escalate issues as needed
- Receive and manage integration support cases filtered by technical support
- Manage the progress and facilitate the resolution of all production integration support requests
Qualifications for this position include:
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Intermediate Technical skills
- 1-2 years: Experience in client services, software support or implementation as a technical resource
- Associates degree or better
