Job Summary

A provider of compliant, automated workforce screening solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Integration Support Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as an initial point of contact for all client reported integration issues
  • Triaging reported issues and either offering potential solutions OR escalating accordingly
  • Maintaining communication with stakeholders regarding resolution of reported issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A familiarity with integrated API solutions and ability to explain technical solutions to clients
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and unique solutions
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills combined with a commitment and proven ability to succeed
  • Strong overall interpersonal skills and a history exceeding client expectations
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
  • Self-Starter, ability to work independently and get things done
