Job Summary
A provider of compliant, automated workforce screening solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Integration Support Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as an initial point of contact for all client reported integration issues
- Triaging reported issues and either offering potential solutions OR escalating accordingly
- Maintaining communication with stakeholders regarding resolution of reported issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A familiarity with integrated API solutions and ability to explain technical solutions to clients
- Ability to understand complex requirements and unique solutions
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills combined with a commitment and proven ability to succeed
- Strong overall interpersonal skills and a history exceeding client expectations
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Self-Starter, ability to work independently and get things done
