Job Summary

A digital marketing services provider is in need of a Remote Integration Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Documenting customer issues and creating knowledge base articles
  • Assisting where appropriate with the adding of field mappings and logic changes
  • Providing technical advice and support to end users relating to their integrations

Required Skills:

  • 3 years' experience in technical/customer support working with all types of users
  • 2 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce, SugarCRM at an admin/DBA level
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of cloud applications and a willingness to quickly learn new systems
