Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Integration Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitor Rhapsody dashboards
  • Engage and hold accountable all cross-functional resources required
  • Manage Technical Service support ticket queue

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of experience performing deep logical analysis of complex issues
  • 3+ years of experience proactively monitoring Production systems
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working in AWS is required
  • Expert knowledge of SQL is required
