A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Integration Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitor Rhapsody dashboards
- Engage and hold accountable all cross-functional resources required
- Manage Technical Service support ticket queue
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience performing deep logical analysis of complex issues
- 3+ years of experience proactively monitoring Production systems
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working in AWS is required
- Expert knowledge of SQL is required
