Job Summary

A company that provides enterprise-class subscription management for industry leaders is seeking a Remote Integration Support Team Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Exceeding customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets
  • Continuously searching for areas of improvement and communicating trends
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer service inquiries

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
  • Previous technical support experience
  • A familiarity with API’s
  • Familiarity with any of the following languages such as Javascript, PHP, Python, Ruby, C#, .Net Core or Postman
  • Experience in working with Service Now case management system
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
