- Troubleshooting and resolving customer service inquiries
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
- Previous technical support experience
- A familiarity with API’s
- Familiarity with any of the following languages such as Javascript, PHP, Python, Ruby, C#, .Net Core or Postman
- Experience in working with Service Now case management system
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
