Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience leading an engineering team, either as an Engineering Manager, or as a Technical lead
- Experience developing libraries, SDKs and/or large scale applications
- Track record of holding a team accountable to goals
- Strong technical background, typically as a senior engineer
- Deep understanding of how software is built and deployed
- Ability to drive change by winning hearts and minds rather than using your “manager card”
