Job Summary

A digital workflow platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Integrations Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting practices to ensure successful resolution of challenging technical situations
  • Resolving technical cases created by customers looking for help
  • Analyzing data with a view to isolating the potential cause of the issue

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • OR 4+ years Technical Support experience
  • LDAP/Active Directory, SSO or other authentication or user management systems experience
  • Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack
  • Experience using Linux/Unix OR Microsoft Server
