Job Summary
A legal consulting and staffing firm is filling a position for a Remote Intellectual Property Copyright and Trademark Attorney in Miami.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling all aspects of intellectual property
- Working on copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret protection and brand management matters
- Working on other assigned tasks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of Intellectual Property experience
- Significant experience drafting design infringement opinions and providing legal guidance
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing
- Outstanding references
