Job Summary
A pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud is seeking a Remote Intellectual Property Counsel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and driving strategy for all types of IP matters across the company
- Managing outside counsel to build and maintain patent and trademarks portfolio
- Partnering with engineers across the company to become a product expert
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years in a law firm or in-house position focused on intellectual property prosecution, litigation, and/or counseling
- JD from an accredited law school
- Attorney in good standing in the United States
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or other relevant technical degree
- Excellent communicator, project manager, and team player
- Highly proactive self-starter who consistently delivers
