Remote Intellectual Property Counsel

Job Summary

A pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud is seeking a Remote Intellectual Property Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing and driving strategy for all types of IP matters across the company
• Managing outside counsel to build and maintain patent and trademarks portfolio
• Partnering with engineers across the company to become a product expert

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5 years in a law firm or in-house position focused on intellectual property prosecution, litigation, and/or counseling
• JD from an accredited law school
• Attorney in good standing in the United States
• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or other relevant technical degree
• Excellent communicator, project manager, and team player
• Highly proactive self-starter who consistently delivers
