Job Summary

An international law firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Intellectual Property Litigation Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between internal departments and outside agencies
• Perform e-filing for Federal and State Courts and IP related Trial and Appeals Boards
• Handle a wide variety of complex and confidential time-sensitive material

Qualifications Include:

• Familiarity with State and Federal rules and procedures, as well as procedures with State and Federal agencies
• Proficient in navigating Federal and State Court websites
• Working knowledge and understanding of federal and state court processes, IP related trial and appeal boards processes
• At least 10 years of recent Litigation experience which includes at least 3 years recent experience filing in Federal Courts
• Must have a solid understanding of technical legal terminology
• Proficient with Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
