Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Intellectual Property Patents and Trademarks Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing the administration of patent and trademark portfolios
• Coordinating with the IP team to manage the patent prosecution process
• Coordinating new portfolio developments with inventors, such as new filings, publications and grants

Required Skills:

• Experience with US Patent and Trademark law and procedures
• Ability to participate in patent review sessions and capturing outcomes
• Ability to support and manage other projects within the legal team as they arise
• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences about complex and technical situations using plain language
• Incredible organizational and time management skills
• Proactive approach to solving problems
