Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Intelligent Automation Technical Enablement Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure the enablement content development projects are developed
  • Direct the curriculum development and tech documentation teams
  • Design enablement content (ie. courseware, tech doc) and conduct knowledge transfers

Qualifications Include:

  • BS Degree with 8+ years of experience developing technical Enablement content
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects to completion in a rapid-growth, fast-changing work environment
  • Experience with various course development and delivery methods ILT, virtual, eLearning
  • Experience with various content development tools such as MS Word, Captivate, MadCap Flare, DITA, SVN
  • Referable courseware design experience
