Job Summary
A legal staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Interim IT Contracts Manager in Hackensack.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that contracts contain clear descriptions of services and products purchased
- Ensure that pricing is appropriate based on market prices and the size and duration of purchase
- Review, redline and negotiate agreements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in an analytical field
- Minimum of seven years' experience with negotiating and managing contract life cycles
- At least 2 years of negotiating and managing technology agreements
- Experience in managing large complex contracts in one or more IT categories
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of IT concepts and systems
