Job Summary
An online interior design services company has a current position open for a Remote Interior Design Customer Support Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing through phone, chat, and email support
- Being the voice of the customer and sharing feedback with cross-functional teams
- Assisting the CX department with various tasks to ensure a flawless customer experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must reside in or around the greater Atlanta, Chicago, or Denver areas
- 1-3 years experience in a customer-facing role
- The ability to navigate seamlessly between multiple client interactions and internal systems
- The desire to put customers first and be an advocate in helping them solve problems
- The possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The availability to work non-standard hours including weekends and holidays
