Remote Interior Designer and Exterior

Job Summary

A construction and management company is filling a position for a Remote Interior Designer and Exterior.

Must be able to:

• Develop design documents from initial feasibility and best fit scenarios to final construction documents
• Coordinating with MEP/S/C engineers through Revit BIM model exchange platforms
• Work with Enscape to render interior and exterior building views

Required Skills:

• 5 years of architectural experience using REVIT as the base program in the creation of permit and construction documents
• MUST understand and be able to develop and check details for construction in both floor plan and section formats
• Ability to interpret state and local codes and put together code sheets and code review packages using online code review software
• Understanding of drawing set development and best practices on how to achieve the goal in Revit
• Must be able to communicate the design intent for all plan and section details around the building through proper detailing
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
