Job Summary

A government IT services provider is in need of a Remote Intermediate Systems Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluates alternatives including cost and risk
• Ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions
• Performing functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years experience or Master’s Degree + 3 years experience
• A degree specializing in Engineering, Mathematics or Science is preferred
• Experience in evaluating, testing, deploying and maintaining both custom developed and third party software upgrades
• Demonstrated ability in creating and maintaining system architecture and troubleshooting documentation
• Experience with performing engineering and/or scientific research, studies, and analyses of specified technological
• All other requirements necessary for this position
