Job Summary
A animal-free food product manufacturer has an open position for a Remote Internal Audit Head.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive global risk assessments and audit programs
- Partner with management to facilitate the adoption of best practices in accounting and auditing process improvement
- Maintain independence and ethical standards in all work activities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 12+ years of experience in internal audit/accounting functions, including Big 4 accounting firm experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with technical accounting, SOX/audit methodologies, and risk management
