Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Internal Audit Manager in San Francisco.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Taking ownership of all assigned process areas
• Performing SOX and risk-based audit procedures
• Communicating with external auditors and co-sourcing partners

Required Skills:

• A BA/BS/Master degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an audit role from public accounting, fin-tech or technology industry
• Knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, PCAOB Auditing Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, risk and controls standards
• Firm grasp of technical accounting and SOX methodologies
• Experience managing project and business partner relationships
