Job Summary

A banking technology company is in need of a Remote Internal Communications Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving the internal communications strategy, processes, and programs, and collaboratively executing
• Developing consistent internal communications channels that align the team on our strategy, goals, culture and priorities
• Playing an integral role in redefining our NYC-based culture for a new, flexible way of working in the U.S. and internationally

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience building and executing successful internal communications strategies
• A track record of creative campaign and story ideas with demonstrated results
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience with positive change management
• Positive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
