A media agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Internal Communications Employee Engagement Executive Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading integrated employee communications solutions on behalf of your client’s business
  • Helping to guide and drive big ideas by helping clients solve business challenges
  • Acting as a “go to” strategic resource for your clients and an ambassador for thinking differently

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in a fully integrated public relations agency
  • Expertise in employee engagement and internal communications
  • Strong leadership qualities with proven C-suite level experience
  • Experience managing P&Ls for individual businesses and/or group of businesses
  • Track record of delivering strong financial results and organic business growth
