Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Internal Controls Financial Reporting Advisor Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving cross-functional teams in planning and executing multiple, complex situation to achieve an enterprise-wide ICFR framework
- Using expert functional knowledge to plan, direct and coordinate highly complex activities
- Acting as a key resource for enterprise partners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related discipline
- 4 additional years of related experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in ICFR, financial accounting and controls and/or auditing work experience
- Minimum of 6 years' progressive related experience developing, influencing and delivering results in a complex ICFR matrix environment
