We are seeking an adept Internal Marketing Specialist to join our dental marketing agency team. The person who fills this full-time, remote position will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our dental clients' services to existing patients and drive patient retention and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute internal marketing strategies for dental practices to promote services to existing patients, and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Create and implement effective email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and patient referral programs.
Support the development of patient education materials such as brochures and flyers that explain the services offered by the practice, the importance of oral health, and other relevant information that patients may find useful.
Work closely with the dental office team to identify areas for improving the patient experience, such as reducing wait times or enhancing the comfort of the waiting room, etc.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies using key performance indicators such as patient retention rate, referral rate, conversion rate, patient satisfaction score, and online reputation score, etc.
Collaborate with the dental office's team to develop targeted promotions for specific services and create a loyalty program that rewards patients for their continued patronage of the practice.
Conduct patient surveys to gather feedback from patients about their experiences at the practice and use this feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Job Summary:
Salaried, full-time, remote position

Work a 9/80 schedule (this means you have every other Friday off!)
Remote position with the ability to work anywhere (no commute = awesome)
Working hours of 8 AM to 5 PM PST (flexible depending on location)
Must reside in the United States

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in internal marketing, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and techniques, particularly in relation to internal marketing.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop effective patient education materials and engage with patients via email, social media, and in-person.
Ability to analyze and report on key performance indicators and use data to drive decision-making.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with dental teams to improve the patient experience.
Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and patient referral programs.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirements.
